Hello my name is David Chen and i’m a 24 years old living in good old San Francisco. I started following this forum after seeing all these cool collection of cameras from people all around the world and I thought it would be a nice idea to post a small collection of mine as well.
I’m no professional or intend to be any professional photographer, but I am ultra passionate about photography and it’s something I very much enjoy doing on my leisure time. When i go out shooting, I like to bring my ipad along and upload images on a bigger screen. If any of you played with an M8 before you know how badly the screen suck haha.

Why they put a square baffle inside the thing is baffling to me. This is an old problem before Metabones adapter. Some of the earliest Alpha/NEX LAEA-1 and third party adapters had the same problems with the square baffle. The cheap ones with full opening don’t suffer that issue. Perhaps the SLT in the LAEA-2 prevents that one from having problems, though it still has the square baffle design.
The square baffle might be to enclose the electronic parts. I think it is a good product except the price is still a little high to tackle single problem for specific lenses. I am still wandering to have one because I have Canon lenses and several adapter for Canon too. It still save some money on buying several type of adapter for NEX.

what would you recommend for the viewfinder magnification between: 0.58, 0.72 and 0.85? and why? i am mostly working on street photography and i am not wearing glasses yet. thank you for your answers.
